Father's Day in 2013 is on Sunday, the 16th of June. It's celebrated in the UK on the third Sunday in June, and that tradition began in the US in 1910 as an occasion to celebrate fatherhood, and to complement Mother's Day. Other countries celebrate Father's Day on different days; in Spain, for example, it's March 19, St Joseph's Day.
